<h1>DOLLARDE Function</h1>
|
|
<p>The <b>DOLLARDE</b> function is one of the <a href="../UsageInstructions/InsertFunction.htm#financial" onclick="onhyperlinkclick(this)">financial functions</a>. It is used to convert a dollar price represented as a fraction into a dollar price represented as a decimal number.</p>
|

<h3>Syntax</h3>
|
|
<p><b><em>DOLLARDE(fractional_dollar, fraction)</em></b></p>
|
|
<p>The <b>DOLLARDE</b> function has the following arguments:</p>

<td>An integer you wish to use as a denominator for the fraction part of the <b><em>fractional_dollar</em></b> value.</td>

<p>For example, the <b><em>fractional_dollar</em></b> value, expressed as <b>1.03</b>, is interpreted as <b>1 + 3/n</b>, where <b>n</b> is the <b><em>fraction</em></b> value.</p>
