Hwting ebf827a956 fix(docker-compose):The old base image lost the curl command, and the image has been updated to fix this issue. Add Health Check (#8672)
### What problem does this PR solve?
1.The old base image lost the curl command, and an updated image was
used to fix this issue (the service has been tested in the new version)
2.Add Health Check
